We collect only the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form on this website: your name, company name (optional), email address, and message text.

This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, advertising pixels or third-party scripts. We do not profile visitors and do not require any account.

3. How we use it

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share it with third parties beyond the email delivery providers required to receive and respond to your message (currently Cloudflare for inbound routing and Resend for outbound delivery).

4. How long we keep it

Messages are retained in our email mailbox for the duration necessary to respond and for normal business record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@mivtrading.cz.
